Eartheco Pump Body

A pump body is the main housing or enclosure that contains the internal components of a pump, such as the impeller, motor, and shaft. The pump body is typically made of metal, plastic or a combination of both and its main function is to protect the internal parts of the pump, keep the liquids inside, and connect the suction and discharge ports to the pipeline. Depending on the type of pump and application, the pump body may also have additional features such as ports for priming, a pressure gauge, or a pressure relief valve.
